Returns

Products can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during promotional events.
  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return it and place a new order for the desired product.
